After a brief tinnitus-induced hiatus, this is my first release after finding a new way of working on music to make sure that my hearing is protected. This process keeps all the usual influences and rhythms intact, but there's now a warmer, softer touch with the use of live acoustic instruments that I really like. It's a songwriting process much more friendly to my hearing than tweaking frequencies on synthesisers (which I do still use, but carefully), but the songs are in-keeping with everything I've released so far, so I'm really happy with how it's all turned out. I hope you are too.

The title track Say You Did is a collaboration with Kate Stables of Indie-folk band This Is The Kit, which I am really excited for everyone to finally hear! Opening track Before is a little lo-fi number using a parlour guitar and some bits of accidentally recorded static. Then on Through The Window, karimba and wood percussion are mixed with garage influenced rhythms and finally on Careful, You'll Break It, ukulele is used with some breaks-inspired drums and a little sub-bass for good measure.
